We believe that the teaching ministry of this church needs to be accessible to everyone God brings to us, regardless of their background and knowledge of spiritual things.
We believe that effective teaching can only be done in a community characterized by safety and strength.
We believe in the importance of the application of God’s Word. Both the intellect and the will must be employed for the understanding of God’s Word.
We believe that this ministry of discipleship needs to be marked by intentionality on the part of the church, an intentionality that is visible to those who come to our church. This will be seen in such things as clear milestones and means to reach those milestones.
We believe that one of those milestones is an awareness of one’s design and the use of that design in God’s Kingdom and in this church.
