Ministries

 Jesus taught us that humans are built for service. We find our greatest joy and blessing as we give of ourselves in service to others (John 13:17). The towel and the basin are apt symbols for being a follower of Christ, who took up these implements to wash the feet of his disciples. We are all called to minister and serve, not just the professional ministers of a church.
